Bespoke Wedding Pricing
Our pricing is based on what you need for your event and reflects the layout of your wedding breakfast tables and how many guests will be seated at each table.
Once your plans start coming together, simply share the details with us and we’ll calculate exactly how many pieces of china you’ll need, and give you a clear and accurate quote.
If you’re able to send over your menu as well, that’s even better – it allows us to ensure every delicious afternoon tea item is beautifully presented and to confirm whether any additional pieces might be required.
This means you’ll have:
- The right number of shared pieces of crockery for each table
- A layout that looks stunning in your space
- Pricing tailored precisely to what you need
That way, there’s no guesswork, no shortages, and no unnecessary extras – just perfectly planned place settings ready for your big day.
Prices begin at £5.00 per guest but may increase according to the number of shared items needed on each table, or any additional requirements
Delivery, Styling & Setup
We’re happy to deliver your items direct to your venue at a time that suits your schedule (normally we deliver the day before the event and collect the day after but we can be flexible on this). Our boxes will be carefully labelled to make things easy for your caterers and venue stylists.
If you have chosen a self-styled wedding venue – perhaps a marquee, village hall or country barn – and would like help setting up we offer a set-up and styling service and will work to your requirements.
We can do as much or as little as you like – we can handle everything for you, styling your wedding tables to a high-spec finish so every detail looks perfect. Or, if you prefer, we can simply lay out the china and tableware, allowing you to add the finishing touches. Our aim is to give you the freedom to relax and fully enjoy your special day.
